Taxi Drivers Strike in Coventry

The taxi drivers in Coventry have gone on strike for 4 days now because, they claim, of a police response to an attack on a taxi driver. They claim that the police let the thugs go and arrested a taxi driver that came to the rescue. Howver, conflicting tales are coming forward to claim that the police arrested everybody, including a taxi driver that was kicking hell out of a lad who was being pinned down by two other taxi drivers.

So, now there is no taxi service in Coventry due to wildcat strike action.

Coventry City Council needs to get tough and revoke licences for those involved in the action.
